Because of your care and skill, we were able to use it to get ALL KINDS of repairs on the house done, and it really got our builder to take our concerns seriously. We closed on the house today after the builder agreed to make all necessary repairs you suggested (including balancing the air. What a surprise: one of the vents in the master bathroom was COMPLETELY dry walled over in the ceiling!), and the builder even agreed to credit us the money for the ratty-edged countertops.
